Remote assistance
Living out in the hills? I can resolve many computer problems remotely, using remote login software to fix many common problems.
The software I use gives me a secure, encrypted connection to your system, allowing me to correct errors in Windows, remove some
Virus infections and perform system tune-ups. This is a "one-time-only" connection and does not leave your system open to further
remote access after the session is closed. You can even watch as the work is being performed.

Virus removal
I do a lot of this! Trojans, Malware, Adware removed and Anti-Virus software installed.

Website design, setup and maintenance
Thinking of getting a website for your business? I can help with Domain name registration, Hosting services, planning, design and Search Engine Optinisation (SEO).
What is SEO? SEO is making your website visible on the Internet. There's no point having a website if no-one can find it.
For an example of SEO, do a Google search for "Slide Guitar" or "Slide Guitar tuning", see how many results Google has for these searches (about 7 million, last time I checked), and then look at where my website "Slide Guitar for Beginners" shows up in the results. This isn't luck, it's a result of using Search Engine Optimisation techniques. The aim of SEO is to make your Business's website appear in search results before your competitors sites.

Data retrieval (Get back those lost files!)
We've all done it (even me!) - deleted that file, emptied the recycle bin later, and then realised it was crucial, irreplaceable data,
documents or photos. In most cases they can be retrieved. If this is your problem, turn the computer off and call me straight away
(the more you use the PC the less likely the deleted files can be retrieved).
Hard-drive runover by a truck and smashed? Don't despair! Data can STILL be retrieved from it.

I can even recover your deleted photos from re-formatted memory cards!
